Consensus Reached In Student Loan Negotiated Rulemaking

Abstract: Federal and nonfederal negotiators reached consensus yesterday after resolving all outstanding issues within a single day. Consensus on the student loan issues appeared to be in jeopardy after the last round of negotiations when this fourth and final round was scheduled. All outstanding issues were resolved. The following outstanding issues were resolved yesterday.
