Abstract:

“Talk to yourself much? If so, you may want to jot down the conversation and share it with others for critique, ridicule, praise, whatever.  A small community of college presidents, despite perceived drawbacks, recognize the value of blogging. College presidents, provosts and directors will likely use them to increase donations, increase student enrollment and perhaps help underserved populations. The technology is quite simple. Establishing a clear purpose for blogging is difficult.
