A job well-done speaks for itself, right? Not exactly. According to Jane Rohman - author of “Brag!” - bragging has become a necessity in today’s competitive business world. Remaining quiet about yourself or you department’s accomplishments downplays your contributions and successes. Rohman contends that humility and bragging don’t need to be mutually exclusive. So how should you brag about your accomplishments without looking like a shameless self-promoter? Here are a few ideas.
